金融、国内ファンドに関するキャリア相談は可能です。 下記現在希望しているインターンの概要になります OPE is hiring a Private Equity Intern in Tokyo. Compensation is negotiable; flexible hours and remote work are available. Founded in 2014, OPE is a Japan- and Korea-focused lower-middle-market buyout firm with offices in Tokyo and Seoul and fund operations in Singapore. It has approximately US$280 million in AUM and an 11-member multinational team. The intern will support live transactions through market research, deal sourcing and screening, financial analysis and valuation, DCF/LBO modeling, investment materials, due diligence, and execution. Applicants should be university or graduate students with native-level Japanese, business-level English, an interest in PE/M&A, knowledge of financial statements and valuation, and Excel/PowerPoint skills. Modeling or relevant internship experience is preferred. Working days, hours, term, and compensation will be agreed based on availability.
